Delete Your Account and Data

You can remove your child's data or your whole Samjhao Buddy account at any time.

Delete a child's profile

1. Sign in to the parent console with your mobile number and password.
2. Open Children.
3. Choose Delete on the child's card and confirm.

This immediately removes the child's profile, uploaded pages, lessons, quizzes, questions and answers from our live systems, and signs the child out of the app.

Delete your whole account

1. Sign in to the parent console.
2. Open Children and scroll to Delete my account.
3. Choose Delete my account and confirm with your password.

Your parent account, all child profiles and their data are removed from our live systems straight away.

If you cannot sign in, write to support@samjhaobuddy.tech with the subject Delete my account and your registered mobile number. We will confirm the request with you and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is removed and what is kept

• Removed: your name, mobile number, email address, password, child profiles, uploaded material, lessons, questions, answers and stars.
• Copies in secure backups are removed within 30 days.
• We may keep payment records for the period required by tax and accounting laws.
