Which classes is Samjhao Buddy for?
It is designed for Classes 1 to 5. Lessons, sentence length and examples adjust to your child's class.
Can our school use Samjhao Buddy?
Yes. A partner school uploads class notes once for each class, adds exam dates and chapters, and follows every student's progress and the class leaderboard. Parents simply choose the school when they add their child. Write to support@samjhaobuddy.tech to become a partner school.
Which boards and books does it support?
Any board. Buddy learns from the pages you upload, so it follows your child's own school books and class notes.
Which languages can my child use?
English and Hindi. For each child you can choose mostly English, mostly Hindi, or a natural mix of both.
Will Buddy increase my child's screen time?
Buddy is built to change screen time rather than add to it. Your child mostly speaks and listens, there are no videos, games or ads, and homework and book work are done in the notebook. You choose how many minutes a day Buddy can be used, and you can see how many minutes were used each day.
Is it safe for my child?
Yes. There are no ads, no chat with other people, and parents can see every question and answer. Read our Children's Privacy notice for details.
Does it need the internet?
Yes. Buddy needs an internet connection to read pages, answer questions and speak.
How do I get started and what does it cost?
Create a parent account with your mobile number and email, add your child, and install the app. Samjhao Buddy is free during early access. Plans will be announced before any charges begin, and you will always see the price before you pay.
